"Good value. Shop was clean and well presented. Food fresh and staff really welcoming. Good customer service. We had fish pack/chips/salad. Generous serving sizes. Batter on fish a tad thick but was tasty and the fish inside was really really good. Glad we stopped in. Had some menu options we don't have in our usual shop, so will be going back."

"I popped in last week for a bite to eat after not being for more than a year and was surprised they had changed owners. I was hoping the food would still be good which it was albeit different style to how the original owners cooked their food. The chicken burger was on a soft brioche bun with a tasty sauce which was a nice change from just regular mayo. The guy who served was very friendly and quick."

"The Southern Chicken Burger was absolutely lit, crispy, juicy, and full of flavour. Loved the fries too, super crunchy and tasty . Also tried the hot chocolate – rich and creamy – and the chowmein, which was packed with flavour. Everything hit the spot. Definitely coming back!"

"Been coming to Goody’s for years and have seen the owners change hands! Must say the new owners have made an already amazing take away shop even better! More choice of food, open 365 days of the year! And the food quality is amazing… would highly recommend Goody’s for lunch or for any takeaway dinners!"
